Background
ApplyBoard is on a mission to make education accessible. Our co-founders, Meti and Massi Basiri, were international students themselves. After facing obstacles and struggling with a restrictive process, the brothers saw an opportunity to break down these barriers.
In 2024, ApplyBoard was named one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Canada by Deloitte, ranking #4 on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Enterprise: Industry leaders list, and #146 on the 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 500. This marked the sixth consecutive year that ApplyBoard was recognized by Deloitte as one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies.

We also offer document verification, training, financial services, language tests, and more to help students succeed throughout their entire journey.
Impact
Founded in 2015, ApplyBoard has helped over 1.5 million students kickstart their study abroad journeys, built partnerships with over 1,500 primary, secondary, and post-secondary institutions, and actively works with over 5,000 recruitment partners to drive diversity on campuses across Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, Malta, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates.
