It covers visa approval rates for ApplyBoard-submitted students, the acceptance rate on the files we forward, the share of applications screened out before submission, enrolment yield, suspected-fraud files stopped, recruitment partner accounts removed, ELP validations cleared, and credibility interviews reviewed. Every recruiter who applies to join ApplyBoard goes through a structured review covering credentials, business registration, reputation, and identity verification, including photo-ID and liveness checks, before gaining platform access. As of June 2026, around 24% of these recruiters are rejected at this stage by design. This figure is about recruiters, not student applications, which are screened separately. Active partners are monitored continuously through a credit-score-style rating system that tracks conversion, responsiveness, and student satisfaction. Partners who fall short receive improvement plans and coaching, and ApplyBoard audits any partner whose application-to-enrollment conversion falls well outside the norm.
